Danube Properties has achieved one of the year’s biggest real estate milestones with the complete sell-out of its $572 million (AED2.1 billion) commercial tower, SHAHRUKHZ by Danube, on the day of its Dubai launch. The announcement was made during a star-studded event at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, attended by Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan and Danube Group Founder and Chairman Rizwan Sajan.
The project, unveiled earlier this month in Mumbai to viral global attention, drew more than 6,000 attendees to its Dubai launch, including influential business leaders, top content creators, real estate stakeholders, and international media. The evening’s highlight was the confirmation that every unit in the premium development had been sold within hours.
Rizwan Sajan described the overwhelming response as a significant moment for the company. “This record-breaking success reflects the project’s exceptional value — from its prime Sheikh Zayed Road location and seamless citywide connectivity to its world-class amenities and design inspired by global luxury standards,” he said.
Named in honour of Shah Rukh Khan, the tower marks a high-profile collaboration between the actor and Danube Group, both of whom have built influential legacies over the past three decades. Rising over 1 million square feet of built-up area, SHAHRUKHZ by Danube is set to become a new commercial landmark in Dubai, offering 488 units starting from AED2 million.
Speaking at the launch, Shah Rukh Khan expressed gratitude and admiration for the project. “To see a development of this scale in Dubai that carries my name is an honour. Dubai is a city built on imagination and ambition, and this project reflects that spirit,” he said.

Its strategic location along Sheikh Zayed Road places it minutes away from major city destinations, including Dubai International Airport, Burj Khalifa, and the Gold Souk.
Danube continues its signature 1% monthly payment plan for the development, maintaining its strategy of making premium property ownership more accessible in Dubai.
Amid speculation of a potential sequel to the project, Rizwan Sajan teased the possibility of ‘SHAHRUKHZ by Danube 2.0’, borrowing Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic line: “picture abhi baaki hai mere dost.”
